Jatinder Gill

Jatinder Gill is an associate lawyer at Wilson Rasmussen LLP. Jatinder’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and wills and estates. He has experience working in a variety of areas, including private acquisitions, commercial leasing, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Jatinder received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Simon Fraser University. At SFU, Jatinder had the opportunity to serve as a Teaching Assistant for numerous business courses and as a Research Assistant for professors in the Accounting, International Business, and Economics departments. He is still involved at SFU, as a coach for SFU's JDC West debate team. Jatinder obtained his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, where he co-founded and served as President of the TRU Business Law Society, was elected to serve as Vice-President of Fundraising for the TRU Society of Law Students, was a member of the TRU National Bowman Tax Moot team, and was an Editor on the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law.
