Mary-Jane Wilson*

Mary-Jane Wilson is one of the founders of firm and has practiced in the area of Real Estate and Estate Planning since 1987. She is the author of the widely read book: "British Columbia Probate Kit", which was written to assist individuals on how to probate and administer an estate in British Columbia.

She is currently the Chair of the Board of the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (CLEBC), which is the leading provider of Continuing Legal Education courses for BC Lawyers, paralegals and other legal professionals.

Currently, teaches the mandatory legal update for Real Estate Professionals on behalf of the British Columbia Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) and assist the Firm’s clients, from time to time, with complex estate matters.

She chaired the Residential Real Estate Conference sponsored by CLEBC and the B.C Branch of the Canadian Bar Association from 2008 - 2012.

She is the recipient of the Surrey Board of Trade "Women in Business" award in the Professional category for 2013.

Given her many years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and the preparation of wills and trusts, she became a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the Retired TEP designation (Retired TEP).
